THE GUIDE TO GETTING WILD

Preparation

Plan your route, stay hydrated, and bring your shoes! Our bikes are SPD clip compatible if you have your own cycling shoes. If not, we can provide you a pair in the studio.

Arrival

Our ride room opens up 15 minutes before the scheduled class time. Punctuality is key, so arrive early enough so you can pick your bike! Once class begins, late riders will not be permitted into class out of courtesy for other riders.

Duration

Let’s unplug and focus. Make the most of our workouts by being present and respectful of others by not using your phones during class. (But we’re all here for the pre and post-workout pics!)

Our mindset: all fitness levels belong here. Our coaches are designed to encourage and challenge progress on the bike. But ultimately, it is up to you to listen to your body and work at a level that is comfortable for you.

After

Your cool down doesn’t just end in the ride room. We encourage you to continue to stretch and hydrate on your own time!
