How do I book into a class?

You can book through our Made Wild app or website or in the studio (see our operating hours).

When can I sign up for classes?

Classes go LIVE every Friday at 10AM for the following Monday thru Sunday.

How early should I show up for my first class?

If you’re new to Made Wild, please arrive 15 minutes before class starts. Punctuality is key and we want to have enough time to ensure you are properly fit and sized to your bike.

Can I attend a class if I didn’t book it?

We accept walk-ins to each class if there is space available. Please check with the Front Desk when you arrive at the studio.

Can I pick my own spot?

Our bikes are currently on a first come, first serve basis. However, if you book online or through the APP you WILL have a bike available for you. PS: Do keep an eye out for our spot booking feature . . . it’s currently in the works.

Do you have lockers?

Yes!

Can I bring my own cycle shoes?

Yes! Our bikes are SPD compatible. If not, we will provide a pair for you in the studio.

How do I download the mobile app?

Visit the App store or Google Play Store to download Made Wild.

How can I adjust my app notifications?

You can view or edit your notifications by navigating to your User Profile, Settings, then Device Setting, which will bring you to your phone's Notifications. You can select to turn on notifications and how you'd like to receive your alerts. You can also disable push notifications on iOS by going to Settings > Made Wild > Notifications.

Can I still book classes if I do not have the mobile app?

Certainly! Please visit our website from any device in which you access the internet to book your class today!

How does the Waitlist work?

Clients who are on the waitlist for a class, in the order that they signed up, will receive a push notification and an email when a spot opens up. There is a certain amount of time to respond to this notification until the next person is notified. The amount of time given depends on how long until class begins:

48 hours before class = 12 hours to respond

47 to 13 hours before class = 4 hours to respond

< 13 hours before class = 5 mins to respond

Once all parties on the waiting list have been notified then the spot will open back up to the public for booking.
